I just wanted to offer a note of thanks for the helpful board contributors and (especially) all the staff/admins/moderators.
So many of the folks here seem to be resentful or angry for things that are outside the control of anyone here, even when it comes to their own mistakes that seem fairly straightforward to avoid. The staff has dealt with them with professionalism and patience (way more than I have).
So many others ask the same questions that are all quickly resolved via the friendly FAQ or pinned posts. And, almost without exception, they're (again) answered patiently and professionally.
The one question I've had so far (which I hope wasn't asked elsewhere!) was fully answered within a half-hour . . . again, with patience and professionalism.
I suspect large numbers of folks here (perhaps the vast majority) are either silently reading and having their common questions answered via the communal resources, or just enjoying SX OS. And that silent-enjoyment/problem-resolution isn't reflected here, since so much of these forum posts are annoyed folks hammering the same handful of easily answered questions.
And so . . . to those who make this forum an incredibly high signal-to-noise ratio, thank you all. I really appreciate it . . . and I suspect many other silent non-posters do as well.
