I know etas are out the question and I'm not asking for one, but I think the complete silence from xecuter is a little disrespectful to their customers.

A little update every once and while even if its we're working on it but we're stuck on....... Or a were about 75% done, would be a bit nicer.

The whole generic response by one forum member of "they're working on it" I feel isn't sufficient enough anymore, considering we've been waiting over a month now.

I have been active on here every day sharing everything I can with the community. It's the best we can do. There is no ETA on a release. TX doesn't give ETAs for ANY product.
I know you have, what I'm saying is just saying its coming after a month isn't really sufficient anymore.

Be honest with your customers such as we're stuck deciphering keys, or we're having difficulty implementing xxxx feature into the new firmware.

That's all I'm saying, it will garner alot more respect and willingness to wait quietly other then just saying no eta, no eta, no eta. At the moment its getting to the point, especially on gbatemp that this is now abandoned as this is very familiar to the road gateway took with the 3ds.

First rule of damage control within a customer service pov is to be open and honest with your customers.

I have been as open as I can be.

Development is at a stage now where all the key features need work. Xci loading, layeredfs, cheat engine, emunand, usb support, etc. How far along development is on these items I do not know. The development team hasn't given any more info to the forum staff than this.
So basically it's coming, and there in lies the problem

That would work - if that was the case - but your original comment doesn't really. If that's the way it is then that's the way it is, patience is key. Or buy another Switch like I did (not due to updating, I'm having other fun issues :) ).
