Hey Fellas just wanted to ask a couple a questions. 1st how do i change the Rox my Box logo underneathe the xbox logo on startup. I have looked everywhere in the forums and in Xbox-scene.com but still no help as to how im supossed to do it. And also how do i update my Avalaunch, XBMC, And dvd2xbox (basically all of the dashboards and programs that come with my Slayers Auto Installer V.2.6) ect.

the specs on the x3logo are:
180 wide by 50 high (pixels)
save as 256 color bitmap named x3logo
put it in the root of E drive.

go to the BIOS FAQS and look at towards the bottom of the page.
as for as the dash and apps updates:
download the newest builds for them from the usual places and ftp them over and overwrite the ones that are there already.
avalaunch has a utility in the options menu to download newer versions of some apps like dvd2xbox, config_magic, xbmc and maybe some more (i can't remember)
