A software update is required problem

Dear all,
I was playing witcher 3 (.xci) yesterday, today i downloaded a game update which is .nsp file,
After i installed the update, i can run the game but when loading the save, it crashed and the software closed.
so i try to delete the game's update in the setting menu, after that i try to run the game again, it said "A software update is required"
So i can't run the game. i did some research, like some one said use DevMenu or the SX Installer to delete the update.
But i still don't know how to do, can anybody give me a advice?

I am using SX os 2.9.2 and Firmware 9.0.1

We don't really have a guide. I believe you need to delete the ticket for the Update and then reset the version of the game. SX Installer should be able to do that, but I have never run through the process myself.
