I was wondering, the Xbox 360 uses the same HD as the Xbox, right? So my theory is, Can I take out the HD from my Xbox and stick it in the 360? I don't know if this might be a farfetched idea.

Nope...it uses a 2.5" Notebook Serial ATA drive, plus, no one has digged into the file system on the 360, so it probably isn't possible yet. But, you might be able to clone the original HDD, then upgrade it with a higher size (but then the whole Live thing might get your box blacklisted). Little is known....
