A Zephyr With a Special Problem

I have a Zephyr box (CB 4578) which was working on a 8498 or 8507 Dash,
There’s no other way of putting it, I had a Brain Fart! had a few boxes around about a year ago,
non were Jtagable, so I decided to run some experiments with that Zephyr, and to make long
story short I swapped between USB drives one with a higher Kernel Update and one with the
older 7371 dash, I’ve managed to get the box to start the Update with the Usb flash drive with
the 7371 on it…lol I knew it was not possible to downgrade from higher kernel, Stupidly tried
anyway thinking I was special….haha To be honest I didn’t believe it’ll even start the update
using the 7371 dash, I was in shock when I saw its actually updating,
It was running the update for a while then stopped and gave some error
(can’t remember it was about a year ago)
Now it freezes up in the dash, or stays at the xbox screen if I turn it on with the USB drive with 13604 or any other kernel on it,
tried to update in every way USB, Cd, different updates etc… Bricked it
I would love to fix it somehow and tried anything at the time to update it to a higher dash,
But with the tools/equipment available today I have a feeling something can be done to save this box?
I dumped the nand twice using Nand-X, which didn’t have any difference, bad blocks or any errors,
At this point I’m not sure what to do… is there anything I can do to repair it and write it back so it can take official Update?
Or someway to push/write dash 13604…
If not can I install a CoolRunner on it, build Ecc file and boot it to Xell in the current stage/kernel it is? so I can get the Cpu key & fuse sets,
Then build Retail image or use donor? or something like that.
