DRIVERS about flashing an xbox 360 for iso mods?(firmware)

i just wanted to know before i do anything to get my xbox flashed,i want to know if any iso disks(burnt modded versions of games) all work for xbox 360 without hotswapping. though with flashing,do you still have to download the burnt version of the game in order to play it? or you just use it as is? i dont want to experience any problems with iso modded disks. and another thing about flashing; do you constantly have to get the flash updated if its a new game or something? also is it really safe to play online? i do not want to get banned. i want to get mods for gta iv. please tell me everything you know,thanks.

Did you read the rules, as that sounds all completely like Piracy to me.
