about the downloads

ime gettin my chip monday and its a xecuter 2.6 i want to download a bios but in the download section i click on what i want 3.0.3 and on my pc it comes onto a screen whith alot of letters and numbers what shall i do help me soon plz

Hi, just right click the link and save it as something like flashbios.rar (Dont forget the .rar on the end!!!). The flashbios should already come loaded onto the X2 though, and is really just a utility to help you load a more useful bios onto your chip. I recommend X2 Config Live (Very versatile bios) which you can download from xbins (Tutorial on how to do this here: http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/xbins.php)

the chip comes pre-flashed with Flashbios which allows you to flash a hacked bios to your chip

use the link above to get on to xbins where you can find the latest X2 5035 bios and flash the appropriate version in accordance with your box
