I overwrote and i think i deleted the 3.0.1 and 3.0.3 bios. I have 3108 bios right now. is there a way to still flash things to my chip or can i get the 3.0.1 or 3.0.3 bios back. Please can ne1 help me?

If you can boot to X3 Config Live, you can flash from there.
Above all, you should still have the backup BIOS.

This wont overwrite my 3108 bios will it?(and also wat do i choose so i can flash the bios over, Flash main rom? and how do i flashing using that?)

You're in serious need of reading the X3 n00b guide. You have a bank select switch, with a fully configurable flash utility in X3 Config Live. It shouldn't be too hard to work this out!!

If you flashed the 3108 to 2 DIFFERENT banks, the chip is full.
When you use the X3CL flash option you will flash to whatever bank the switches are set to!
The backup BIOS is FlashBios, therefore if you just wanted one to have around, there it is!
Is it broke? Then DONT fix it.

Actually X3CL allows you to specify which bank to flash - handy if you don't have the switches connected.
