Achievements/Gamerscore on a banned Xbox transferred online?

So I'm kinda a gamerscore / gamerpoints whore. I'm not worried about being banned off Live, as I would just buy a 2nd 360 and play online with that one, keeping it unmodded. My only concern/question is, say the modded 360s all get banned, does anyone know if there is a way to continue playing backups on them, unlocking achievements and somehow getting those achievements back to my online Live account?

If I'm not being clear, basically since a banned 360 can never go online, is it possible to continue playing offline on that 360 and somehow get my achievements (that I achieve even after my offline 360 is banned) to show up on my 2nd 360 that would be online?

I've searched the boards to the answer to this, no one seems to care about it but me. :)

Thx for any help.

Re: Achievements/Gamerscore on a banned Xbox transferred onl

i am not much of a pro, but wht i think that as u will be going Online with ur modded one, i would say go for the latest ixtreme firmware & get original game dvds for online gaming as the lastest ixtreme is said to bypass all current xbox live detection & as well as lets u play backed up Dvds .. so having ur 360 flashed with ixtreme is the best way to deal with ur problem of playing on live :)

if ur 360 is banned just transfer ur GT to another xbox that is not banned and it will update live.

Just because your machine is banned on XBL it doesnt effect your gamertags. You can have 2 360's with 1 being banned and be able to swap the Hard drive from 1 to the other just to update your gamer score. It will not ban you for that.

The one weird thing I heard of was someone got both his 360 machines banned when he was online with both but only the none modded 360 was signed into XBL. It some how banned him on both machines even tho he wasnt signed into live with with the modded one. I heard it but never seen it in person or heard many stories like the one I am telling you. I dont know to belive it or not but I do take it into consideration since I dont want to be the second or another to prove it was right or wrong.
