Achievements have stopped unlocking (RGH)

Hi all,

I've got a strange problem with my RGH console. It's been working fine since I had the CoolRunner installed but all of a sudden my acheivements have stopped unlocking.

I can't get a single one to unlock on any game. For example, I can drive at 240mph in Forza 4 and get the 'speed demon' title to pop in-game, but the achievement doesn't unlock or i can make a custom arena in WWE 12 but that achievement doesn't unlock.

Everything was working fine on my console and I can still play my games as normal. I've tried it using extracted games from an external drive and also from my original discs but it makes no difference.

I haven't used any homebrew emulators etc and the console hasn't been on XBL since it's had the Coolrunner installed. I haven't been messing with my gamerscore or profile with any software, I've just been playing as normal.

I don't get any messages about bans or corrupted profiles, everything works as normal except for the achievements.

I'm on dashlaunch 2.26, the 13604 dash and the latest FSD though my achievements had stopped unlocking before I updated FSD.

I don't have access to another console so is there any way I can fix this?

Have you tried an earlier version of FSD? If that works the copy of FSD you've got might be corrupted.

Thanks for the reply. I've just tried FSD Version 2.0b Rev2342 and it hasn't made a difference.

The achievements stopped working on Version 2.0 that I had before and they still don't work on 2.2.

Is there anything else I can try?

I forgot to mention that I tried both Forza 4 and WWE 12 again with the older version of FSD as they're quick achievements to unlock but neither worked.

I've also tried various title updates etc but it makes no difference.

I had this problem but its not related to the rgh as it happened to me weeks before i installed my cr. I think your problem is a slight corrupted profile but the weird thing is i bet it dont show as corrupted when you check. The way to find out is to start a 360 game let it load then press your domeX button and see if your profile icon is there or if its blanked out there is a problem with your profile.

Edit: Another way to test my theory is to play the game using a new profile and see if the achievements unlock.

I think Xbox 360 hacker is correct.

I've just tried playing Forza on a new profile and I unlocked the achievement for playing the first race.

Looking at my main profile, I have my pic and correct gamerscore etc and there is no other sign of corruption.

I'd really rather not lose all my acheivements and I don't have access to another xbox, so is there any way I can fix my profile?

Thanks but I've just tried using Con Flag Remover and Hash Block Calculator to fix it and it doesn't work. It shows up 'removed flags' and then 'proper? true' but when I try unlocking the achievements it does nothing.

I had this issue - only option is if you've used it for XBL in the past to recover the profile...

Could be a stupid question but you havent unlocked them earlier with the same profile? I know obvious question but i had to ask. Even if you delete the save games the achivments wont unlock a second time.

Your correct mate, its the profile. I had this happen when I used my hdd offmy xenon jtag on my jasper. I just made a new profile and it works fine.

This is probably a stupid idea but seeing as my profile isn't totally corrupted, is there any way I can create a new profile and then put all my old achievement and id information into it so it just becomes a re-made version of my old profile?

Problem solved. I found a guide that said to 'rehash and resign' with the free version of Horizon and that fixed it.
