Achievment Unlocks

Just been reading someone is trying to make a cd which you can place in your machine and it will allow you to unlock any achievments for any game you have played.

Is this possible ?
Anyone know how it could be done ?

you can download games saves and load them into your pofile on your harddrive... but i would not recomend it... i believe people have been banned from live doing this. Best to put in the hours and have some fun unlocking your achievements.
