aferter flashing Black screen

after that I have installed the chip I have created the cd for the flash but after to have flashed...it reboot and also changing minidip the screen it remains black... what happend?helpp please!!!

I am having trouble connecting using FlashFXP. I have an IP address, and I am connected through my router, but I cannot make a connection to the xbox. Can someone point me in the direction of a how to forum or something.

Which bios did you flash and what bank settings?

The banks are all in OFF and the bios il X3 1947
