After 3 CE Install

After I've installed the chip, is it supposed to automatically go to the flashBIOS program with the blue screen?

hold power and eject and the same time.

when i did that nothing happend and the X led turned a different color, white i think ( i have a blue case) but there was still a blank screen

What actually happens for each different on mode? enabled/disabled/backup

its a 1.6, and well i'm working on it right now and the blue light or white light isn't coming on when it flashes 3 times, but it is still flashing three times on red..

what happend before on enabled was it flashed 3 times with a blue light under the X, blank screen

disabled was normal bootup with red led

and backup was same as enabled only with a white led under the X, blank screen as well

oh nvm i get that now off on off off, i dunno if thats the same for the control panel, cause i bought that with the chip, nothing happend differently

that doesn't work, blank screen, no blue light now either, the install probably sucked is my guess, i'm about to say screw it

It sounds to me like you have a problem with the soldering/install, but don't give up yet.

Can you tell me wether you have 2 blue led's on your X3 chip?
What kind of install was it? Pinheader/wire/solderless?

it was a pin header install, all the lights on the X3 chip are working properly, the outside protection switch works when i push it the inside chip changes as well
