After flashing BIOS for X3, returns to flashing screen

I have v1.6b, i flashed the BIOS via network, after they flash and the Xbox shuts off, it returns to the flashing screen as if nothing happened. It says FlashBIOS v3.0.3 on my xbox, the ISP address comes up as v3.0.0. Whats the deal?

Are you flashing flashbios 3.03 back onto the chip? You need to download the X3 3294 bios from xbins and flash them.
