After flashing MS Dashboard never comes up.

After flashing 3.03 comes up but I never get the [font=verdana, arial, helvetica]MS Dashboard. I can flash 3.01 but it still don't see the [/font][font=verdana, arial, helvetica]MS Dashboard. The xbox wil only load the flash load page nothing else.[/font]
[font=verdana, arial, helvetica]Do it need to setup the hard Drive?

you are flashing the wrong bios flashbios is a tool that flash the chip with a bios
you need to flash the chip with
x3 3294 for v1.0 to v1.5 xboxs
x3 3294 v16 plus v1.6 and v1.6b xbox
you get bios from #xbins
