after flashing problem

[font=verdana, arial, helvetica]hi, I'm new to this so please be patient.

I installed the mod chip fine (got the blue LED), but after I updated my bios is where the problem begins.

When I turn on my xbox with the chip turned off it runs fine. But when I turn it on with the chip on. it turns on, then off, then on, then off and then back on again and the light flashes red and green. and my TV remains blank.

is there a way to get back to the original blue screen? like reseting the chip.


i'm using a xecuter 2.6 ce with a Xapter.

you flashed wrong bios to chip
x2 5035 for v1.0 to v1.5 xboxs
x2 5035 v16 plus for v1.6 xboxs
if you can not get flashbios screen the you have to do a hotswap or buy a progremer to flash it with bios

sorry to annoy you with another question.

Do I have to install that 'thing' with the green, red and grey wire coming out of it. On the Xapter installation instruction it says nothing about installing it, but on the Xecuter 2.6 instructions, it says to solder them.

what do I do?

no thet are not needed ther for the h/d and lan lights if you do not need them you do not need to solder them
