I have the same problem. I can hear the sound but I get no video . The game that I burned loads fine. I can hear the sound for the game but no video. However I can boot the system in disable and see video and sound. I can also see video if i Hold both power and eject. What did I do wrong??

Guys when he says information, hes not just trying to make convo.

He needs to know what version xbox, what install method, what bios version, what a/v pack you are using, what you've already done to try and remedy the problem.

Were you able to see the cromwell bios come up when you first installed the mod chip?

I have a 1.0 - 1.2 xbox version. I am using a universal A/V kit that I bought from Best Buy. After I installed the kit I booted the system and the bios came up. I then flash the bios with 1959 via http. The screen looked fine as it showed the progress bar across the screen and rebooted the xbox system. I turned the system back on and it only came up with a black screen. I could hear the sounds of the xbox intro and the (backed up games) loading but no video. I have tried several different A/v cables but no luck and I dont have the original cables that came with the xbox. The only way I can see video is if I disable the chip and play my games or hold the eject and power button to get the the bios update screen. Please let me know what I should do or look for. Thanks for any information.

Re: Avoid getting banned

ebay you can buy a benq or samsung to use LT for, however it isn't recommended that you spoof drives online

i was thinking amazon becuase you are able to send it back and there are some reliable sellers.

Re: Avoid getting banned

I just bought a benq on ebay and flashed with ixtreme LT 1.2 and spoofed it as a Hitachi. So far so good.

I heard that if you spoof drives and play online then you're more likely to be banned? Unless this is just some sort of rumour I dunno...

Re: Avoid getting banned

people dont know if spoofing the drive will defo get you banned.
also you wont be banned straight away anyway the console gets flagged for the next ban wave which is usually in november so dont be supprised when the ban hammer hits ya in a months time
