Ok everything is install inside the xbox / I try to install the flash bios on xbox to the 3.0.3 im installing it fromt he online feature it trys to upgrade it . It also shuts the xbox when its done but nothing happens when i turn it back on it still said its the 3.0.0 flash bios, Im not to sure if i have to do the bios first or the dashboard. The most importand thing is i try to look for the life at mirc with flashxfp program but when it logs in and the xbox folders come up and i try to add in my pc it tells me guess what u been band. Not sure why nor what to do. Does anyone please no what to do i try everythign i been on this for the last 3 days . Days and night can't do it im just ready to give up. all i get its nasty remarks back when i try to ask for help i know im not a programmer or know as much as some of uss here but all im asking for a little help or maybe alot LOL but im tryign to have this xbox working soon before turkey day, kids comign and want to have many games on as posible so they all shut up .. 
but doesn't look like im going to make it as all i done so far is install the mod chip from here as much as i read the help file sor anthing not getting anywere not sure which one goes next the bios or the dashboard and where to get them as mirc not working or how to install them to xbox after i find them..
Will please someone help me or guide me to someone maybe in new york that does things like this.
