LITEON 9504 After Kamikaze motor not spin

i have make before 2 kamikaze and all OK this time the motor not spin and i read the FW and get the key normal and the eject work fine laser also OK just only the motor is there any way to fix it

No u have drilled too far you will need to either replace the chip or replace the board with an unlocked one

is the unlucked PCB need also dril or i can unloack by JungleFlasher and re lock it ?

A tx replacement board doesn't need drilling, its already unlocked and you can unlock it using JF.
