After new install of R-jtag on a felcon E79 help !

I just finished my first R-jtag . I bought the ultimate kit and followed all the directions . I was as to get the nad from J-runner but when I took it to TV I was getting a E79 error . This box was working perfectly . Was previously flashed with jungle flash . I have checked everything but can't seem to figure it out . Any ideas ?

E79 is not a big deal. You are almost there. Maybe you forgot to check AUD_CLAMP in J-Runner or something similar.

Your soldering looks fine from what I can see, but we need to see logs.

Does it still boot stock. E79 revolves around jtag wiring, Try both resistor settings, and try not using the resistor at all..... just run a wire to the 2 points that are not next to each other on the jtag qsb. I dont remember what the header points numbers are off the top of my head..... also if that doesnt work some times you need to have your gpu reflowed/reballed because the points used for jtag arent used on a stock xbox so you should test these points with a multimeter.(Not going into detail because there are plenty of guides on here that will explain this.)

I will look at it again , went through everything and tried divergent voltages

Check the resistance of J2D2.1 and J2D2.2 to ground - both points should read around 1.5K.

If the reading of TMS and TDI is nowhere near 1.5K, you need to reflow or reball the GPU like gavin_darkglide said.
