hello i am trying to get my avaitor back so i can not have him blacked out is there a way i can do that? since i put in fsd2.0 he is blacked out. also is there a way to unlock some parts of games that are locked? beint that i have a jtag and can edit stuff in the games?

You mean your Avatar is greyed and not visible?
As long as you are on the latest freeboot you just have to install the official update again. Of cause VIA USB!
But just when you are on the latest Kernel (Freeboot 9199)
If you are and I understood it right then you CAN unlock such Stuff with xm360.

If your going to update then make sure that you have protected your efuses.

hello thank you for your answers i just wondering will anything happend with my dashlaunch if i do an update? i also have the 9199 dash installed. the only thing is that my aviator is grey where can i get the update from? also i got a problem with my FTPing i have flash fxp and filezilla they both giving me problems. with filezilla i says could nto start transfer and with flash fxp it says error getting list.

ok got it and thank you also one more thing i have just gotten xm360 and there was no tut on how to use it cause i am getting an error saying 0 dlc downloaded and it shows a list of stuff that i can use to update. when i highlight the item and go to get dlc it says 0 dlc downloaded and it still shows missing also i tried doing the system update and being that i have dash launch installed along with fsd 2.0 it dont pick up my other mini usb device nor does it pick up the update in the dvd drive. can't i ftp it?

You have to Download the DLC´s Manually and then FTP it to your Box.
It goes in the Folder:
Content/0000000000000000
Then you open XM360 and there will be the DLC´s, Updates etc.
Wich Version are you using?

Probably you copy the wrong Folder.
Path is just :
$SystemUpdate/many different Numbers....
No Upper Folder (SystemUpdate) you have to take the fist folder "away" .(Sorry my English isn´t that gut either)
So again just $SystemUpdate/and the Files.
Never transfered a Update via FTP guess it´s not that easy?!

Yeah I tried that it's the system update folder and i put it on USB and it don't pick it up. And I thought I was able to dowload the content from that program? I am using 1.7 version. What's the program used for?

most of the Time its the Order of the Folder... or the Stick...
It´s formatted as FAT32 isn´t it? Does it show up on your Box anyhow?
This Update must work as i used it quite a few times...
Maybe try the "back-USB" Port of the Box.
But you got to get it running somehow.... try another stick maybe

Do you get in the Avatar Menü?
After installing the Update your Avatar should be visible as long as you allready Choosen one.
So next step... NXE and try to choose a different Avatar.

First option. BEFORE pressing yes, press and HOLD RB.
Then press "Yes".
Till you end up in NXE.
If that doesn´t work.... ???

You can make a backup of your launch.ini, delete it and reboot.
That should bring you to NXE as well.
