New to this forum so thankyou in advance for any help from anyone.
I've fitted the x3 ce and pro switch to my son's Xbox v1.6, booted it up to reveal the normal ! flashBIos screen asking if i want to flash the BIOS in various ways and also the facility to lock and unlock the hard drive, the bit that I am not sure of now is What Do I Need To Do Next To Get Up And Running. Does the mod chip not come with a Bios allready installed. Are there things I need to install onto the hard drive.
I have read various articles about dashboards and programs for this and that, I presume that some of it isn't needed to get started, what is the basic set of procedures I would need to go through in order to take advantage of what the modchip has to offer.
Even a good link would be fine as I really don't mind working for my info.
