After update to 14717 with xebulid 2 cant run Arcade games

Hi,
sorry im botheing you agani folks.
I update freeboot to 14717 with dash launch 2.30.
But i cant run any xbla games - all of this is now trial.
I have tried to change launch.ini but nop change.
Can anybody help me, please?
