After X3 Install - Avalaunch App Folder Question

I've finished installing the X3 w/ Xapter, flashed with v1959 and installed avalaunch. Can someone tell me which directory avalaunch defaults to for applications? I am trying to run DVD2XBOX, but Avalaunch can't seem to find it.

What I have tried is copying the contents of the DVD2XBOX.rar into a directory on the xbox C:/DVD2XBOX/ ...

check the avalaunch.ini file (open with a text editor) but I think by default it's either E or F

most dashboards use E:\Apps or F:\Apps

for the X3, you don't have to use C:\ for anything but the MSDASH (it's actually recommended to use C:\ for only MSDASH)
