Aftering Installing X3 ms dashboard doesnt come up

Installed the X3 chip, flashed it and the bios successfully come up.

Left original Hdd in and Installed the Evox dashboard and all went fine.

Boots off evox dash board.

Ok when I press the on button to disable the X3 chip I get nothing on the screen, no old dashboard etc...

It looks like Hdd is beeing accessed but nothing happens.....

Xbox is a V1.0 motherboard.

Anyone have any ideas.
