LITEON DG-16D2S aiuto non riesco ad estrarre la key

sto cercando di estrarre una key, tutto bene fino al secondo passaggio... premo ok, tolgo l'ago aspetto 5 sec e riaccendo e mi da sempre failed... chi mi può aiutare? Grazie
