all about license-request

HI I'm a user of sx pro
Unfortunately my tf card was broken so i buy a new card
and i was realized i don't have the back up and i lost my code
when i google it how to solve it
they tell me i can active on the web
so i go to the web try to active it but always error
i send email to yours and use the contact
but nobody answer me
so i go to the forums to find help

this message happens when you have filesystem corruption on your sd card. Format your sd card to FAT32 and try again.

my sd card now is exfat so it's error?

Please follow my advice, as long as you don't have a junk sd card it will work.

exFAT is a bad idea for Nintendo Switch homebrew. The custom exFAT driver Nintendo had made is very buggy and easily causes corruption. Everyone should be using FAT32

I'm so sorry. I tried it.
Just now i format my card to fat32 and restart the process
and when i upload my license-request, the web still tell me is error
how should i do

Download a fresh copy of the latest boot.dat beta

Try with a different sd card.

i know what your mean,but i tried to solve it in these days
it's still don't work
so can i send the license-request.dat and the code to u
maybe u can help me to active it
because i saw some people has same problem and solve it by this way
