All emulators freeze at main menu, ideas?

I had all the emulators workin yestersday but now they all freexe at the main menu of each emulator, any ideas?

I have close to the same problem with mine. Almost all of them will work but none in my N64 folder work. It will say that the game is loading and then when it gets to the 100% mark the screen goes black as if it will play the game, but never comes out of it.
