XGD3 All my old XDG3 backups still work?

Well i just re-flashed my Lite-on drive with the 3.0 FW....

And then started to check what games i would have to update with the new stealth patch....

And they are still all working???

The XGD3 ones should not work now should they....???

Or did i miss something.

my m8s brothers xgd3 games still work on latest dash too with lt+ 2.0 its weird lol
