Almost ready... just one question

I used to own an XBox v1.4 w/an xecuter 2.6 pro installed (I did not do it myself). I recently sold it for a number of reasons, the biggest of which being I wanted to delve into the mod scene myself and actually chip a box myself. I have spent the last month reading the forums and tutorials here on this site learning whatever I can and getting myself prepared so I don't have to ask dumb questions. Now I'm all ready to chip the box, yet one dumb question remains unanswered (if it is answered somewhere on this site, then by all means, kick me and point me in the right direction). Is it safe to use a magnetic screwdriver with T10, T15, and T20 bits? Will the magnetism screw up anything that I will be working near? I know this sounds really dumb and obvious, but I couldn't find the answer and I need to know before the attempt is made. Thanks.

lets put it this way. I've taken my box apart about 20 or 30 times with a magnetic torx driver and everything still boots and works.

Magnetic ones are better as there is less chance of you dropping the screws onto the "delicate bits" of the mobo. There is nothing in the xbox that can be harmed by the magnetism in those tools. By the way, I think you only need Torx 10 and Torx 20 for a standard X3 installation.

Yes, but...

I believe you are correct about the T10 and T20.. but if I am not mistaken, it requires a T15 to swap in a bigger HDD. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Buffalo, Ny - Xbox 360 Drive Flashing $10/30 - All Drives

Hello everyone! Considering this is my first post as well, I guess I should introduce myself too and about my services. My name is Dan, friends call me Dano. I have been running my xbox flashing service for the past 3 years and 2 years on iOffer. I was probably one of a few trusted sellers on there. They have recently cracked down on all of the flashing services on there and mine took the hit and to avoid any more problems with them, I just decided to go elsewhere. So I am here to offer my services to you.

As a reference, here is a link to my ratings on iOffer. (If this is not allowed, I am sorry and please delete. I read the rules and couldn't find anything about referencing a different website) THIS IS NOT A REFERRAL! Just to show proof of my past experience. Dan0420's Ratings
