Alright, new problem... Not bad flash, but no boot.

Well, finally got the xbox up and running. Fired up the flashbios screen, and selected flash via http. Alright, so I open up the webpage on my computer, and proceed to select the bios which I've made 512k (as the flashbios page suggests) so I'll only flash the first bank. Well, it gets done flashing, and turns off. Now when I turn it on, I get a 3 boot up and FRAG problem. If I try switching to the other bank, I get a blank screen. Xbox is a 1.6, flashed with X2 4977 bios.

Could really use some help to get it up and running again.

First of all, what bios did you flash with it? I'm sure it's a wrong bios...and the reason why you're getting a black screen on bank 2 is because you have a v1.6 xbox and that doesn't work on flashbios 3.03.

You can re-flash your chip if you know somebody with another modded xbox and do a hotswap or use a programmer.

If I can ever manage to get my xbox back, I'll do a swap with my X3. I figured it was a BIOS version problem. I've actually used the EvoX M8 for a long time, but I figured I'd give the new X2 a shot. Apparently there's no option for 1.6 on the 4977

4977 isn't made for a 2.6. Do a hotswap with your X3 and flash the proper bios and you'll be all set.
