Alt nand x points

Not a request just a tip Last night after getting my hands on a previously updated console that had gone completly wrong by it's owner . I cleaned up the solder points for nand x . Then guess what after I soldered and resoldered and double checked after still not detecting my nand x to read nand. I Soldered the wires underneath the board instead bang j runner found nand x 1st time. So if anyone is complaining and thinks their wiring is o.k try flipping the board over.
P.S if you are going to do this make sure your surface has no metal my workstation is glass as you dont want any more problems. P.S this was done on a Zepher

Shouldn't make any difference whatsover. the holes for the NAND-x are through holes. All it means in this instance was some of the copper rings topside were damaged and not making contact with the bottom ones.

A simple continuity check with the trace would have sorted this conundrum out for you!

Thanks for adding that Martin I should have pointed out that further examination did point out he damamged the copper rings but forgot to add that . As previously stated by me thats why your the top supermod on here and people should take your advise to heart .

Martin just to ask you cause i got similiar problems....Is x360 maded from few layers not just top and bottom? Like i said in my post i got 1 console with bad reading at black wire point 1,second console everything ok but black one again just from bottom readings are good 1V if i put soldering iron nothing,bad reading point 1 and third one--all readings good but no usb message..im new with this i have soldered lots of modchips but it seems i have stuck with x360...i have obtained 4 another consoles key between process with this 3 that doesnt work and i stopped now cause i dont know is it nandx-so i ordered another one...but is there some alternative point for black wire or like i saw i need to reflow southbridge cause i tried at one but it doesnt help? 2 consoles got picture and boot ok third one doesnt have picture but this is becuase i maded to read a nand and write ecc....console working with coolrunner but i cannot write original nand to console again....i using RGH just to obtaine keys for now... Please help me...
