Alternate BIOS source?

Question for Team Xecuter ....

If your BIOS is found in a place other than 'You know where' , is this allowed ?

Just thought it a little weird after all this time thinking it was only available from the one one place ...

yeah its prolly lots of places look around i know lots of people host it also in other countries this bios isnt illegal so those websites host it openly.
