I would use FT2R2 on the back of the board. It may be an idea to put a small piece of tape over the STBY_CLK point on the QSB at the STBY_CLK point as it could (Not 100% sure) interfere if you are using an alt point. Just solder your stby_clk wire (Pad B on cool runner) straight to the alt point and your good to go. :D

the alt point in the guide u showed me is not on my slim board, where is FT2R2?

You take the wire from the coolrunner straight to FT3N2. Unless you've fcuked up the original point, then you'll need to repair it.

Ok. I didn't really mess up the point on the board, just to small to do with the qsb right there. But when I put wire B to FT3N2, do I need to add any resistors?

No, it's just an ALTernative to using the sometimes troublesome point. No resistors, just the wire, flux and solder. :D

But if there was a resisitor on the qsb, why doesn't there have to be one on this alt connection, what slows down the cpu then? the long wire?

The R1 resistor is a zero ohm resistor. Apparently it just cleans the signal up slightly. You don't need it if using direct wires.
