It says I scrap and tin. Which wire do I use to tin. Does it have to glue or can tape be used?

The glue isnt essential, it's just to hold it in place... Which you should do to be safe.

Tape will also suffice if you don't have a hot glue gun. Obviously it wont hold it as well as glue.

So I scratch with Fiberglass , then which wire do I tin with?
How much do I scratch?

scrape as much as you need as to get a good bond....
