Always boot to X3 live config

Hi,

Just installed X3 on my 1.6, then turned it on, get into the flash bios 3.0 ant then flashed it whit 1959 plus. When I reboot I get into the X3 live config, and i'm able to do anything... even reboot in EvoX and in MS Dash... can play HDD games.

But i read that i'm supposed to hold white button to get in X3 config live, but I always get into it.

If I disable the mod chip I get into MS Dahs...

Anyone can help me with that issue ?

there is a setting in config live to turn off.

Thanks, worked fine...

It now start directly to EvoX .... But I tried to start holding the white button, but its start to EvoX all the time, how can i return to X3 config live ??

are you using a wirless controller, mine is a pain sometimes and i have to use the original one.

No, I'm not using wireless controller, but I don't have original controlers, they are "cheap" 3rd party...

OK, thanks, i'm going to reflash my BIOS and keep setting to run X3 live ON, so i will be able ta have it back... when I will buy a original controller... i will then switch it Off again, thanks for help.

Thats OK, bought a original controller today and it work fine, i also tried with a MadCatz and work fine too !

Replace drive or laser?

I have a LiteOn 73450, when I put a game in the drive, it says reading for a second then just says open tray. I tried cleaning the laser and adjusting the pot and it didn't work. Would replacing the laser help or would I need to replace the entire drive?

i have the same drive that also happen to me u say u adjust the rods.....the problem i had with mine was that the lens when i shut mine off the lens wouldnt move towards the disc so when i turn it on it would give me the open tray i had to unasemble my dvd drive take the lens push it towards the disc so the disc will be sitting right next to it that fixed my open tray possibility that can happen to u also

I just shoved the laser up to the font and now it's reading games. Would this be a permanent solution or do I need to do more?
