I don't think your screwed.

Just get some solder braid and clean off all that solder. Then start again

Apply flux, Then just tin the holes, the do not need that much solder. Also your wire end do not need to be so long. Just a millimeter or so is enough, you want contact not legs!

You have probably bridged points under the board with that much soldering, what iron are you using.

You could have fooled me that your not new to soldering, From your pics it looks terrible. I'd get some one else to do the rgh for you tbh, If you can't managed the nand points you've no chance STBY_CLK or PULL_BYPASS points.

As i said, way to much solder. Do not touch it until you get some solder braid.

Then clean the points, you have got shorts there.

Gargoyle67 you are 100% right.

If you are not new to soldering this realy looks like s#@t.

I also think that your iron temp. is to hot.

Is the Xbox still booting normally?

If so, clean all the solder and start practice on an old broken Xbox before killing this Slim.

Cheer up!
At least you have a booting xbox, right?
And you didn't lifted the circuit or burn the resistor by the HANA chip like me.

Then just take the above advices and try it again.
It would save you a lot of time.

If you have some flux, solder braid, magnifier(to check if points are bridged or not),
and some practice, it is worth trying it by yourself. You can buy these from radioshack or hobby shop.

In my case, I ignored above videos and didn't use flux... finally [email protected]@ed up and found why there were advice.

After reaching your final goal, don't forget to take extra care of those soldered wires and points.(I lifted the same point twice and almost pulled out all my hair, cursing myself.)
Recommend you to use hot glue gun.

BEST LUCK TO YOU!
