FIXED another day another problem

todays board a falcon, qsb nand boards in and 4 dumps no errors with matching nands, jtag noard in using alt wire under board and red wire to dvd power wire
rite xell and try to boot e79 error
soldering? if it is it must be on jtag board so check and redo, still e79
so move second wire (red one under board to (including diodes on each) still e79

how do i reflash my original nand back? (just to check it still works ie e79 goeswith both wires gone from qsb jtag board should i remove board and put last bridging wire in?

oh and yesterday finished on such a high !!

update, very tired and had forgot how easy it was to flash back original nand, it boots fine with jtag switch in off position
with both wires now under board is my problem soldering ?

Im chasing my tail, after reloading original nand i flashed xell then xellous, and xell ran on pressing eject key, so got cpu key. made freeboot immage and uploaded that, now back to e79?????

What did you use and how exactly did you create freeboot?

I was using the latest version of coolshrimps jtag tool
now ive flashed back to stock 3 times (to convince myself that there is no hardware error) and then written xell, after the third time the box booted into xell if i pressed the power button or the eject, so i made another freboot bin file from my first nand dump and this time its booted into the new dash (kinnect one) and its running, now to see how reliable it is. well tommorow anyway, its 1.30 am now

if you got the cpu key from xell then your wiring is working. Sounds like the smc in the fb image is incorrect to suit your wiring.

as far as fixed, yes but i dont know how or why and thats frustrating because it doesnt help if i have it again
