Help Pls

How to flash back to stock havinig 2 consoles with liteon drives series 74 and 83 v1?, i do have for each the 4 files where the dummy info contains the dvd key to the drive, i did read in some other forums that before and Big MS updates is necesary flash back to stock, then go back to LT, i am currently using XBL until it last i been carefully ripping games and staff as recomended by the scene, i never previous had ix 1.6 or lower and any of both consoles and they still running strong on live i had try the MRA method on the 83 series after LT cause cant be read by JF as previous and wanted to mess with the cuts and repair the board too, all when ok but i havent found any info how to flash back to stock FW any help would be appreciate thx dave

stock firmware is on xbins should be able to get xbins downloader in download section
