Hello everone,

I'm also trying to get my CPU key from a 16202 Trinity.
So far i got nothing.

I tried:
Post_OUT 55mm,70,80,90,120 also all lenghts in a different tickness (so about 15 wires for post out allong)
CPU_RST: grnd wire, stock wire, yellow wire also alt. points.
And of cause allot of turning on and off.

But in my current setup, i've noticed that the green light stops blinking afther about 2 mins.
But nothing happens, no xell, no strange fans noices, no tricking(that whats it called right?).
And J-Runner (285) cannot find the key on the IP-scan.

I'm working on it for 3 days, im hoping you can help me!

I did 2 corona's with the same DGX, no problems at all!
Switchs on DGX are all OFF.

Thanks for reading.
Best Regards,
Peter

does the centre light on the RoL go solid too? If so, it's booted XeLL.

Do you normally use IP scanning?
Yes, it keeps blinking witch is normal since the dvd drive is not connected?!
I do use normal scanning, i've changed the start IP and end IP to my network, in settings.

Best Regards,
Peter

If it's still blinking then it's not loaded XeLL. It will stop blinking once it's up.

Try the very short CPU_RST wire (~1.5cm)
I'm try that, but i dont thinkthe cable will be long enough.

Ok, good to know!
If i connect the drive, its just green.

Btw if i write the Stock nand, it boots without problems, so still nothing strange.

Best Regards,

I don't understand why people have a hard time with this. I've booted xell within 13 cycles on every single dgx box I've done. I'll upload pics of top and bottom when I get a chance next time.

Before I do anything, I rub all the motherboard points with the fiberglass pen, especially E and F and 5v to make the via rings shiny.

Every single console, same exact setup.

5" cpu_rst wire cut from blue phat wire pack

full length blue wire from slim pack and full length green wire from phat pack soldered together for post out, just floating on top of motherboard, not wrapped around fan or xclamps

E F wires from slim pack

I use Kester no clean flux pen, not tacky flux

Most problems are due to sh*tty soldering or EM interference, most likely.

My setup has worked everytime and I do a lot of RGH I´ve got my own moddingshop.
Standard E and F, standard RED and BLACK cable for 3,3V and Ground.
On post out I use the standard 50CM blue cable thats meant for cpu_rst.
For Cpu_rst I use 13cm cable cut from another 50CM standard blue cpu_rst cable.
Im using original coolrunner rev C points.
This works every time and I do a couple of trinitys per week.
