Problem is user error. These things only go wrong if you solder them incorrectly and cause a short somewhere. I still have my original one. For you to have TWO go wrong is almost unheard of.
My nand-x is working perfectly I am reading NANDs with zero bad blocks

ok big dog martin i will put more attencion in what im doing... thanks to the great services the xconsoles give the rep today said to me two send boths back and they will replace them he said happen all the time with new cust.doing a incorrect used or bab soldering...

Just make sure you're not soldering anything whilst the NAND-x is connected to the USB and all soldering is good before turning it on.

I honestly wouldn't replace them! The fact that you managed to get that worked out with them is a blessing.
