instead of making multiple threads leaning toward your original problem, why not take the time to read and apply the advise already given to you
maybe you want to read there instead? pay attention to the advice from MartinC
Problem is user error. These things only go wrong if you solder them incorrectly and cause a short somewhere. I still have my original one. For you to have TWO go wrong is almost unheard of.
I honestly wouldn't replace them! The fact that you managed to get that worked out with them is a blessing. I wouldn't count on them replacing them again so make sure you get it right this next time or expect to be out some money.ok big dog martin i will put more attencion in what im doing... thanks to the great services the xconsoles give the rep today said to me two send boths back and they will replace them he said happen all the time with new cust.doing a incorrect used or bab soldering...![]()

You are very very lucky. They are not supposed to replace items that have been damaged by the customer.ok big dog martin i will put more attencion in what im doing... thanks to the great services the xconsoles give the rep today said to me two send boths back and they will replace them he said happen all the time with new cust.doing a incorrect used or bab soldering...![]()
