Hi, so I know that I can network my PC to my xbox wirelessly using my router and the the little arial thing in the back of my PC and the wireless bridge in the back of my xbox.
But I cannot (for the life of me) find a tutorial on how to get them to work together!!!!!
Do I have to go into my router settings???? or network settings in my PC???? Someone please help me with this.
Thanks
p.s. The router I am using is the Voyager 2100 wireless ADSL (which is fairly new)

What are your PC and XBox network settings?

Is your Xbox configured to have it's IP address defined, DHCP enabled? Is your wireless card also set to automatically detect an address?

If both PC and Xbox are set to auto-detect/DHCP, they should each be issued an address from the router. They should then be able to communicate with each other.

Just to let you know, those wireless bridges or gaming adapters can be a pain in the neck to configure for the Xbox. I got a D-Link one that works great, but took me a couple of hours plus a phone call to tech support in order to get the damn thing working.

I know this is going to make me sound really stupid but how do I know if both the PC and xbox are set to auto detect/DHCP?!?!?!?
I know quite a lot about computing but absolutely nothing about networking I'm afraid.
