I just installed an X3 chip today and was able to flash the 3108 bios on to it. I went through a tutorial on how to tweak the bios. When I was finished, I rebooted. It gets to the green screen with the XBox and Xecuter logos and doesnt go any farther. Its really depressing cause Im afraid I threw away money. Anyone have an idea of what it could be? Thanks.Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.More lesstweaks. Just changing some settings. I believe the tutorial was from xboxscene for the bios. Ive already reflashed the chip. I dont know how to reset the chip or I would try it.
Ill try the erase program if I can find it. The button method didnt work unless Im that stupid...
Theres a helpful post on using the erase program. It was around here last week some time. look that up and give it a shot.
