Hi

I m facing a problem i m using x360dock to run bakcups.

In order to extract dvd key i used jungleflasher but i didn't surrely changed my dvd's firmware so i suppose that my dvd drive is not "hacked" as well as my console
My dashboard is 13599 and when i'm trying via usb to update it in
14699 i m getin this error code
ERROR CODE 351F 396B 1600 0703 C000 0099
according to MS this error occurs if your console has been tampered with or modified.
Is there any way to update my console

download the update from microsoft web site and stick it on a usb put it in the xbox then turn it on and wait for it to finish job done

flash the drive back to stock first if you can

Thanks man but help me understand a simple think
I used jungleflasher just to extract the key i didn't proceed to firmware flash steps so i suppose that the drive is already to stock.I tried the usb update but i received the same error message.
The stock firmware is the dummy.bin file?

If its not a spoofed drive, then try... Flashing the drive with stock firmware from the LT pack & apply the Update again.

maybe it has something to do with the x360dock you have in your console
could be worth asking for support on that forum for help with updating

thanks talby for your time .Be sure that i spend days reading tutorials and suggestions related to my problem before i post to the forum .Ok the main answer was to revert my drives firmware back to stock but the contradictory point is that i strongly believe that my drive is not spoofed unless just the key extraction procedure prevents a firmware change.Nevertheless thanks man and x360dock technical support just sucks !

do you have a jf log at all - this should show if spoofed or not
that error seems to come up when the non-original drive type is in the console
strange you are on dash 13599 and that error comes up, usually comes up when updating past 13146, and you seem to be past that

if it's past dash 13146 it is also now a 02510 no longer a 74850 ... if you flashed back to wrong stock, this might be causing the problem, but you say you never flashed the drive ... so ???

OK i found it !!the drive wasn't flashed (of course) but as soon as my drive was bypassed by x360dock i should pass the update via x360dock creating an iso.
