No it isnt possible because of the firmware |(and probly several other factors) the firmware has a key that matches up to your 360's key, if key is noit present, game is seen as dvd movie. This can be proven by taking a 360 dvd drive from another console and swaping it with another console, it will see 360 games as dvd movies (i tried this myself)
