Well im very new to the scene and i would like to know if we still going the new dashboard (2.0.13146) image to get all the new features that its coming on the new dashboard update?I know thats been state that jtag consoles will be able to read the new XGD3 since jtag can run unsigned code but "will he be able to update the dvd drive to LT+ 2.0 on the actual (2.0.13126) dash or will need to wait for the (2.0.13146) dashbord to hit jtag?Thanks

Considering the update hasn't even hit everyone yet, it will most likely be a while before anyone tackles it....IF it even gets tackled at all.
But a the new dashboard will be a necessary requisite to run XGD3 code or not ? Any one have try the XGD3 halo reach code on the actual (2.0.13126) dashboard on a jtag system?I guess LT+ 2.0 will not be able to run from the jtag system drive without the update (2.0.13146) dash image right?
Wend i see this kind of comparison makes me hope someone knows something already on XGD3 and jtag.

This is what i've done.
I had an JTAG and made it original again. After that i updated it with the new 2.0.13146 dash.
After that I read out the Nand.
So now I have the CPU-key and the Nand-Dump(of the 2.0.13146.0 dash).
I already extracted the dump.
I am planning it to sent it some one, that can make an freeboot. Maybe it helps.

Hopefully you have the resistor removed or bridged the solder points for the efuses or else you just killed your jtag

I know, the E-fuses burned. But it was okay for me.
Or else I couldn't do the update(if you bridged the solderpoints).
It was one with RROD, i reflowd it and I sold it for a low price.
But I have many more JTAG's at home for sale.

Well i really hope it gets tackled,it will truly be a lost if people with the knowledge dont get this up and running.I guess the challenge will be up for the geeks.
I actually stand corrected, I have read that there are already working rebooters for the new dash
