Anyone in or around London area that can fix RROD & Jtag?

I've been looking for someone to fix my RROD and I might have a possible Jtag too. I got a xbox off a friend and he hasn't updated this xbox in a few years because on the RROD. So I might be able to Jtag this system.

I live in Buckinghamshire,UK, so anyone in or near London would be great. I could drive to you no problem.

id reccommend flashing360 mate, ive had a reflow done by him on a ps3 and a got a jtag off him the jtag is running sweet so is the ps3. you can trust him

Sounds good, but the only thing is I still don't know if this xbox can be jtaged. Need RROD fix. still don't know what dash this xbox is on?

You need to have the RROD repaired anyways. Once they've done that, they can check your dash version (when they test the console). If you're lucky the dash should be fine if it's not been updated in a few years. I recomment sending to somebody who do reflow/reball and Jtag.

I think you might be right.

I'd dump the NAND before starting the Reflow/reball. You can get all the info from that and will save you wasting money should it not be doable

I wish I had someone near me to dump nand? I just don't know what dash it has. the guy told me it's been a few years but thats it?

What people tell you may not always be accurate

You could try dumping the NAND but only IF you can solder and solder well. I wouldn't want the recipient of your board to get it with the solder points burned or damaged...

no cause i will likely be that recipient and if the points are damaged ill return the board lol.

hes getting the jtag for free so paying the £35 for repair isnt bad anyways.

what i will offer, send me the console and ill dump the nand beforehand and if its not jtaggable and you decide you dont want it repaired then i will send it back to you at a cost of £7 postage.
