Anyone in SF area? Or OC?

Anyone in the San Francisco area (or the OC since I am heading there for thansgiving thursday) that would be willing to help me install my chip. I've tried and tied, double checked and double checked and still am unable to get my xbox from fraging when the chip is on the LPC. I think if i keep at it I'll end up killing the box.

Ran through XBC 2.9 and then with abgx and everything passed but when I start the burn process on the iso check I get a red X by video file system Error reading ISO 9660? I backed up the game and burned with Image burn and it seems to work? Any idea why im getting the error?

I had the exact same error msg. I did a lot of reading and it seems that everyone thinks it's from the avatar achievements. L4D2 is one of the few games that has those. If you made your own backup using a drive with the 0800 firmware you should be fine.

If you want to double check, run abgx on it (the dvd) and if everything else passes and the CRC matches then you should be fine. I finally went online with mine this afternoon. I had held off but everything I read indicated that it was fine.
