Anyone in the Toronto area that can help me?

Hi Everyone,

I have an older version of the X3 chip without FlashBIOS 3.0.3 on banks 5678. Because of this I am unable to use it with v1.6b. Can anyone in the Toronto area help me out with flashing my chip?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
